They have been very fair in pricing, always giving me a break in any way that they can and has always helped me when in need of any customer service when I had questions. The web site works well and very easy to navigate the products that I am searching for, sometimes there are discount coupons too. Shipping has always come through safely without damage which is the most important. Wish they were closer to my establishment to cut the cost of the shipping. But all in all, I love their products, which are the highest on the market for what I need for my publishing company.
