Important Information

Please always remember the following:

1. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST
2. Same Day Shipping ends at 4 P.M. EST - Place your order before 4 P.M. and it will likely ship the same day
3. In rare cases, your order may ship from Minnesota or may be split into to shipments. Please plan accordingly.

5. Any Orders going to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO or APO-AP addresses will be billed at prevailing US MAIL RATES

Expedited Shipping

At Desktop Publishing Supplies, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality service and prompt delivery. In accord with that ideal we are now offering additional UPS delivery options through our website. UPS Next Day Air™, UPS 2nd Day™ and UPS 3-Day Select™ are now being offered. Orders placed before 1PM EST will be shipped the same business day and all other orders will be shipped on our next business day. If you wish to have an order expedited after 1PM, please call us at 1-800-443-3645 and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

Estimated Shipping Transit Times for UPS Ground™

This is a map of the estimated shipping times for UPS Ground. Most items are stocked in our warehouse in Hamden, CT. Our Designer, pre-printed papers usually ship from Minnesota.

We stop shipping at 4 PM EST each day. If you order after 4 PM EST, your order will most likely be shipped the following day. Our pre-printed designer papers may ship from Minnesota and 1:00 PM EST is the cutoff.

Transit occurs on business days (Mon - Fri) only! No shipments or transit on weekends!
Ex. 1 - If you live in Arizona (AZ) and order on a Thursday before 4 PM EST, you cannot expect your package to arrive until 5 business days from then, which in this case would be the following Thursday.

Ex. 2 - Using the same scenario as above, if you ordered after 4 PM, your package would leave our warehouse on Friday and can be expected to arrive around the following Friday.
