To prevent complications, we ask that all exchanges are done using the following method. We ask that you place a new order on our website for the items you need and then simply send back the old items as a return. This method has proven to prevent mistakes, delays, and payment issues and significantly decreases the length of time it takes to process an exchange.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of products if ordered within the past 90 days. If you want to return an order old than 90 days, please contact us first. All stock items are returnable as long as they are in their original packaging and less than 5 pieces have been used. Custom items are not returnable.
We will issue you a full refund on the products returned. There are NO restocking fees. If you used a few pieces, you can still return the item for a full product refund. The only aspect we do not refund are any shipping costs incurred on the original order or on shipping it back to us.
You are welcome to ship the product back to us by any means. However, we always recommend to choose a shipping option with tracking available. This way, you can track to make sure the package arrives to us. We will be unable to refund any orders that get lost or do not make it to us and that do not have proof of shipment (ie. tracking).
We process the returns once a week so you can expect to receive your refund shortly after that. Depending on the original payment option, we may be able to issue a refund back to your credit card right away. If for any reason we are unable to do that, then we would issue a refund check to the billing address on the order.
